What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?

We currently have a No Refund/Exchange Policy. We advise you to be 100% happy with your selection before proceeding to check out. All goods are inspected and quality checked before posting, however if the goods happen to be faulty upon delivery please contact us on info@reverielondonx.com to inform us of details of faults within 14 days of receipt of goods and we can resolve the issue for you

· Remove before showering to ensure your jewellery remains shiny for longer!

· Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place in a box or the pouch that comes with it

· Remove before working out to avoid damage

· Remove before sleeping to avoid any tangles, scratches or accidents!
